Go me!!

I received an email from Becky Fleck of Pagemaps fame at the beginning of December asking me to create a page based on one of the Pagemaps January sketches. I was thrilled!! Below is the page I put together, "You Couldn't Wait for Christmas." I am really pleased with it, and I have to say it is a great feeling to see it up on the Pagemaps site. I love this photo of Jack. He is so full of joy, and it just captures perfectly the little boy he is at this moment in time. I still am taken aback by the fact that Matt and I produced a little blond-haired blue-eyed child (actually, TWO of them! lol). It is so hard to believe he is already three whole years old. For those of you who don't know, his birthday is December 20, so I thought a little page that reflected on both his first Christmas and this one (his fourth!!) would be neat.

Journaling: Jack, three years ago to this very day, you surprised us by arriving nearly two weeks early. Just like today, even way back then...You couldn't wait for Christmas.
